As the Chief People Officer, Thilini helps shape the overall People Strategy for Kerner Norland.
With over 15 years of experience in both HR specialist and generalist disciplines, Thilini has a deep domain knowledge of Human Capital Management within the Business Process Management Industry.
While she is passionate about learning and development and technology enabled HR services, she drives the overall strategy for Human Capital Management for Kerner Norland in her current role. Her Industry experience includes 15+ years in the BPO/KPO space, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance and Accounting. During her career, Thilini has worked with multicultural teams and has supported global operations, whilst adhering to international quality and process improvement standards and industry best practices.
Thilini holds an MBA from the University of Colombo and a BA in Business Administration from the University of London.
A mother of one and an Entrepreneur, Thilini also plays an advisory role for the BPO Connect Group of companies.
Niro Cooke is a Group Director on the Main Board of The Capital Maharaja, Sri Lanka’s largest privately owned conglomerate. He has been involved in developing infrastructure and energy projects in Sri Lanka since 2007.
Niro is actively involved in developing large scale government infrastructure and energy projects, and is very passionate about sustainable development. His vision is to transform this region’s economy into one which is competitive and sustainably industrialized adding value to the supply chain regionally and globally.

Mr. Sanjeev Gardiner is the Owner and Chairman of The Gardiner Group, which owns The Galle Face Hotel, one of the oldest Hotels in Asia, established in 1864. He is also the Group Chairman of the GALLE FACE GROUP, a group of Companies engaged in leisure, hospitality, Investments and includes among its portfolio a reef under development in the Maldives.
With the Groups involvement in the Heritage Tourism sector, Mr. Gardiner acquired the KANDY HOTELS COMPANY (1938) PLC, a Public Quoted Company which owns three of the largest hotels located in the heart of the city of Kandy (Sri Lanka’s second largest city). Namely: the Queens Hotel, Hotel Suisse and Radisson Kandy.
Mr. Gardiner is the Chairman, majority shareholder and principal owner of CEYLON HOTELS CORPORATION PLC. which comprises 18 Properties spread across the country under its fully owned subsidies.
Amongst his several accolades, specific to the leisure industry, Mr. Gardiner was selected
“Entrepreneur of the Year” for year 2012 by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
Mr. Sanjeev Gardiner presently sits on the Boards of several Companies some of which are Public Quoted, Mr. Sanjeev Gardiner has been a Council Member of the Governing Body of HelpAge Sri Lanka
(HASL) for over a decade. HASL which is an approved charity was established in 1986 consequent to the First World Assembly on Ageing held in Vienna in 1982 which is dedicated to improve the quality of life of Older Persons in Sri Lanka and achieve the objective of UN principles on Ageing. HASL covers a whole spectrum of Social Projects including Community Based, Resident Houses, Day Centers, Health Camps, Distribution of Disability Aids and Youth Education Programmes: focusing caring marginalized and desperate elders.
He is the Lay Trustee of Sir Chittampalam A Gardiner Trust which amongst other donations helps several schools around the country with endowments. He is a life member of many prestigious charitable organizations where millions have been donated in the name of the Gardiner Foundation.
Mr. Gardiner was appointed as the Brand Ambassador for the prevention of Chronic Kidney
Disease in Sri Lanka from 2015 to 2019 by His Excellency The President of Sri Lanka.

Roshan is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of expertise in software engineering, software architecture, and project/program management. He specializes in agile methodologies, serving as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach for over 7 years. Roshan excels at delivering projects using Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks. He is known for his ability to set realistic deadlines, identify key priorities, and guide teams to success. A decisive problem solver and strong team leader, Roshan is passionate about learning, innovating, and driving stakeholder satisfaction.
Head of Software Engineering
Highly adaptable technologist with over 15 years of industry experience in Information Technology Operations, having a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in areas such as Digitization, RPA Automation, Software Development, Application Support, Bl Analytics, and Database Systems.
He has also developed tools and applications for the organization, contributing to the overall growth and productivity of the company.
Manager – Sl & Cloud Services
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, he possesses expertise in cloud computing, networking, security, virtualization, and storage solutions. He has successfully deployed some of the most complex and high-end technology solutions for leading global exchange and e-commerce companies. He is well versed in setting up technology operations and transitioning offshore/onshore services. My skills also extend to system integration and the design of rapid deployment technologies.
General Manager
Chamarie has amassed a wide spectrum of experience, including Product Management and Finance, during her past tenures spanning over eight years. She holds qualifications in Business Management, with a BA (Hons) from the University of Wrexham Glyndwr (UK), and is also a certified professional from CIMA (UK).

Tech Lead – SI & Cloud Services
A Tech Lead with over 11 years of experience in Linux and Cloud Services. Specialized in Linux, Virtualization, Server Hardening, Ansible, and with extensive knowledge of Digital Banking Systems. A highly skilled professional with a successful track record of leading technical teams and delivering innovative solutions that contribute to business growth. Certified in Red Hat and possessing in-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Security Architect
Chanaka Lasantha Nanayakkara is a Cyber & Information Security Architect, specializing in Data Protection, Risk Mitigation & Compliance. He is also a Security Researcher, Cloud & Linux Expert, and SecDevOps Expert. With an MSc, BIT, MBCS, CGLI, and Defense Python Developer credentials, he currently serves as a Security Architect at Kerner Norland.
With over 18 years of experience in the Information Security field, Chanaka has held various roles, including Security Engineer, Security Analyst, and Security Architect. His expertise extends to understanding the security risks associated with cloud computing, where he has developed numerous security solutions to mitigate these risks. He is equally proficient in Linux security, having created several security tools and scripts for Linux systems. An enthusiastic proponent of security awareness, Chanaka frequently delivers talks and presentations on security topics and actively contributes to security blogs and forums.

With a proven track record in successfully leading technology-driven initiatives and enhancing service operations, Arun Prasath Thangaraj has consistently implemented strategies, optimized processes and driven improvements that elevate organizational performance. Over a career exceeding 15 years, Olivia has progressed from technical and analytical roles into senior leadership positions across Australia’s technology and services sector.
Her background includes driving operational strategy as General Manager of Operations at Rock IT and leading sales operations at First Focus, where she played a key role in aligning service delivery with business development.
Olivia’s passion lies in building cohesive teams, optimising processes, and ensuring exceptional client experiences through innovation and continuous improvement.
Chief Growth Officer
Chandi Dharmaratne is a seasoned HR and business leader with over 25 years of experience in organizational growth, digital transformation, and strategic expansion. She has held leadership roles at MAS Holdings, Virtusa, and Axiata Digital Labs, driving global HR strategy, talent development, and business transformation.
Beyond corporate leadership, Chandi is a strong advocate for entrepreneurship and industry growth. She has served on the boards of the Lankan Angel Network, AMCHAM Sri Lanka, the Association of HR Professionals Sri Lanka, and SLASSCOM, actively contributing to the business and technology ecosystems.
