Accario PTY LTD, a leading BPO and KPO company, recently collaborated with Kerner Norland to overhaul their IT infrastructure. Our primary objective was to redesign their architecture to ensure scalability, resilience, and automation infusion, while also ensuring high availability and security.
Working in close collaboration with Accario, we created and implemented a new infrastructure architecture that met their compliance requirements and industrial data security certifications. We initiated the deployment of Azure AD Connect, which allowed for single sign-on and interconnected their on-premises Active Directory with Azure Active Directory. This integration ensured that users could access resources on-premises and in the cloud seamlessly.
To facilitate file sharing between on-premises and cloud-based resources, we connected Accario’s file server with Azure Files, ensuring that data was available to authorized personnel regardless of location. We deployed a state-of-the-art Palo Alto firewall cluster to provide high availability and security for their perimeter defence. This cluster offered protection against malicious traffic and cyber threats.
Our team reconfigured on-premises and Azure VM backups to ensure that all servers in the infrastructure were backed up regularly, and backup data was stored securely, ensuring data was always available, even in the event of an outage.
To enable real-time device monitoring, we implemented a log monitoring system that allows Accario to identify security incidents and performance issues as they occur. Additionally, we implemented a syslog solution for log retention and analytics, allowing real-time analysis of data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and meet compliance requirements.
Finally, we set up a disaster recovery solution by replicating data from the primary Azure region to another region, ensuring that data was always available, even in the event of a regional outage.
The new IT infrastructure architecture successfully revamped Accario’s system to meet compliance and data security certification requirements while providing high availability, scalability, and security. The integration of Azure AD Connect and Azure Files enabled seamless file sharing between on-premises and cloud-based resources.
With state-of-the-art security architecture, Accario’s infrastructure is protected against malicious traffic and cyber threats. The log monitoring system and syslog solution provide real-time monitoring and analysis of log data. The disaster recovery solution ensures that data is always available, even in the event of a regional outage.
