CLOUDMARC is a global IT consultancy that faced challenges with their bare metal infrastructure, hindering their ability to scale operations and provide fully SaaS-based services to clients. To address these challenges, we provided CLOUDMARC with an end-to-end platform revamp to support SaaS.
Kerner Norland worked closely with CLOUDMARC to redesign the entire infrastructure, implementing measures such as load balancing, auto-scaling, and failover mechanisms to increase scalability, resilience, and agility. We developed an architectural design that ensured high availability of services, even in the event of system failures or disruptions.
To enable CLOUDMARC to quickly identify and address issues, we implemented proactive monitoring, reducing the likelihood of downtime or service disruptions and improving customer satisfaction. The solution we provided was cost-effective, scalable, and easily integrated with CLOUDMARC’s existing infrastructure and workflows.
Our solution was implemented on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, utilizing native AWS services such as Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Amazon Elastic Load Balancing (ELB), Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), and Amazon Simple
Storage Service (S3) for the infrastructure. Jenkins, an open-source automation server, was used as the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tool to streamline the deployment process, reducing errors and inconsistencies during deployment.
In conclusion, our platform revamp provided a scalable, resilient, and agile solution that enabled CLOUDMARC to adapt to changing market demands, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Utilizing AWS services and Jenkins for CI/CD, our solution provided a cost-effective and scalable approach to supporting a fully SaaS-based infrastructure.
